We have an exciting opportunity for a fixed-term Administrator to join our Engineering Department, and working closely with the Finance Department, at Dalehead Foods, Spalding.

This role is for a period of six months.

The successful candidate will work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, accountable for the following:

Ensure the Holistech stock system is kept up to date as a live system.

Place purchase orders for stock items within agreed financial parameters through SAP.

Manage any non-stock order processing required in line with Site Requisition procedures.

Ensure stocks are maintained accurately and to the agreed levels.

Highlight any stock discrepancies to the Engineering Manager (and Senior Supervisors) as soon as possible.

Track and report the stores budget on a daily, weekly and monthly basic.

Take in deliveries of goods and checking off items against delivery notes, ensuring all deliveries are of the required quality and to the agreed specification.

Issuing parts and components to Engineers.

General housekeeping – ensure that stores, yard and the office area is kept clean and tidy – adhering to the 5s standards.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude with exceptional organisational skills and good attention to detail with the ability to work well on their own as we as part of a team. A good knowledge of Microsoft packages and experience of working on Holistech & SAP would be an advantage.
