We are looking for an Administrator to assist our Purchasing Department and to provide general site administration support.

The role will be split:

Purchasing Administration – working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm

Site Administration – working Monday to Friday 1.30pm to 5.00pm (although there is flexibility on these hours)

The role will involve general administration tasks including liaising with suppliers and chasing missing orders, filing, scanning, letter preparation and data input.

Attention to detail is imperative for this role and ideally you will have some previous administration skills. SAP experience is also an advantage although full training will be given. You must also be conversant in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as being a good communicator.
