The role involves working on a production line as a butcher, handling fresh meat products in our Lamb department.
The ideal candidate will have sound butchery (knife) skills and a flexible approach to work. We will also consider applicants from semi skilled / butchers in training as full training will be given. The rate for a fully trained butcher is £13.48ph (40hrs per week), £20.22 for overtime. Free breakfast is also available for all employees.
You must be comfortable working on a production line and food processing environment. You must also be committed to the highest level of food quality and hygiene standards
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm, although flexible hours are also available. Please contact us for further details.
