The role will involve working in our lamb department on a production line as a Butcher, handling fresh meat products.
The ideal candidate will have sound butchery skills having worked in a butchery environment with a flexible approach to work. However, if you do not have previous butchery experience, full training will be given.
You must be comfortable working on a production line and in a food processing environment. You must also be committed to the highest level of food quality and hygiene standards
We offer excellent rates of pay with skills point pay increases as your training progresses, onsite parking, staff sales and onsite subsidised canteen.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.30pm.
