We are looking for a Canteen Team Leader who is reliable and conscientious person , reporting to our Canteen Manager, this role is key to ensuring the canteen runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Role includes:

Stock taking and product rotation

Serving of food and beverages

Collect monies and operate cash till

Responsible for cashing up at end of shift

Cleaning of kitchen equipment, worktops, tables and floors

Opening/Closing Canteen at start/end of shift

Deputise for Canteen Manager during periods of holiday/sickness, to include ordering of stock, end of day/week/month accounts

Preparing and cooking of food

Assist Canteen Manager with implementation of new processes/procedures including compliance documentation

Essential:

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate

Previous experience working in a Canteen role.
