Curing Operatives – Training Given – PM Shift

Monday – Friday

PM Shift 15.00- 00.00 £11.68 per hour plus additional benefits

Training Given to Right Candidates

To supply product to the relevant process in accordance with all customer specifications and procedures.

The operator will be responsible for their own work area and ensuring productivity and throughputs are met.

The operator will need to be flexible and use a variety of skills, understanding quality, product and safety requirements and be able to handle non routine situations which may arise. Will need to report problems and keep work area tidy and free from hazards.

Duties and Attributes required.

Organise own work activities and determine priorities of product to meet production schedules and other targets such as costs, productivity, quality and safety.

Carry out a range of manual tasks and activities and ensure all tasks are finished within permitted time frames.

Check products and materials against the required quality standards to ensure they meet specifications.

Supply the required product to fulfil the curing requirements from the holding chiller to the required process area.

Record temperature and weight of product. Ensure stock is used in life rotation.

Ensure new product conforms to customer requirements.

Good administration skills required
