CURING OPERATOR

We have an exciting opportunity for several Production Team Operatives to join our Curing team.

Monday to Friday 15:00pm – 00:00am

The role involves working in a close-knit team within a fast-paced environment. You will be producing high quality food products ensuring that all food quality and health and safety procedures are followed. Our Curing Team are responsible for the ‘added value’ process. This includes maintaining the efficient running of prep areas and production lines to products and then curing them, creating the products you know and love such gammon and bacon. As the role involves working with food then you will be required to wear protective clothing relevant to the role/products you are producing.
