We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to lead, manage and develop the Finance Team at our Corsham site. You will report into the Head of Finance within the Added Value Division and the Site Director.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Weekly and monthly profitability statements, including the appropriate commentary to highlight trends affecting the performance of the site, ensuring rigor in data recording and financial reporting in line with company standards.

Oversee, prepare, and manage site monthly management accounts including profitability statements, balance sheet preparations and reconciliations, SOX controls and requirements.

Responsibility for the site forecasting & budget process, engaging with all key stakeholders to ensure an accurate view of site performance & variance / trend analysis.

Work with the various site stakeholders to drive operational & overhead savings, manage working capital in stock & managing capital expenditure including investment appraisal, asset classification, timely capitalisation & post implementation reviews.

Manage product costing to ensure that all cost elements/customer terms are current and lead to informed business decisions. Analyse actual product costs using EBIT by SKU reporting to highlight deviations to standards.

Adhoc project work including key involvement in the implementation product life cycle NPD costing system

We are looking for someone with a strong commercial acumen, flexible approach and with excellent communication skills at all levels. Experience within Manufacturing & FMCG, preferably CIMA qualified. Experience on SAP & working within a SOX compliant company is desirable. In addition, you will require a full driving license as travel to other sites will be required.
