We have an opportunity for a Hanging Hall Operative to join our Abattoir team in Spalding.

The successful applicant will be responsible for allocating pigs into chillers in accordance to Company’s plans and procedures. Carrying out all checks and completion of paperwork for traceability. Ensuring the chillers are washed/cleaned and Company, customer and legal standards and protocols are adhered to.

Applicants should have good verbal, written and numerical skills, be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Monday – Friday, 45 hours a week (8:30am until 6pm). Flexibility in terms of hours of work and willing to work in other parts of the business.

£9.87 per hour.

Experience in handling pigs and being able to demonstrate this is preferred. Training can be provided.
