Reporting to the HR Manager, we are looking for an Administrator to join our busy HR Team. The role will last for 12 months although this may be extended. The role will involve:

Letter writing

Preparing reports

Data input

Collating and process payroll information

Agency worker attendance figures

Planning and arranging meetings and appointments

Supporting investigations and other meetings.

Monitoring sickness absence levels and probationary reviews

Dealing with general enquires

Raising purchase order and confirming goods when received

Other general admin duties and supporting site events.

Attention to detail is imperative for this role and ideally you will be an experienced administrator with previous HR experience. You will be working in a busy office so the ability to prioritise and multitask is essential. You must also be a good communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels and with people from different back grounds.

You must also be organised and able to work efficiently to meet essential deadlines and be willing to be flexible in your approach to your work. You must also be conversant in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
