We have recently announced the creation of Pilgrim’s Shared Services, a fourth stand-alone company, which will bring together some of the support functions of our current three businesses (Moy Park, excluding France and Netherlands, Pilgrim’s UK & Pilgrim’s Food Masters). Its purpose is to deliver a high-quality shared service to those three businesses.
As the business grows, this shared service will broaden opportunities for career development as part of a far larger organisation. We will also continue our investment in technology to drive efficiencies and improved ways of working.
A dedicated Transactional Services team will be created to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service to the Business Units. Reporting to the Senior IT Business Analyst (HR), we are pleased to advise that we are now recruiting for a HRIS SAP Success Factors Lead.
This role will hold overall responsibility and accountability for being the key HRIS point of contact for technical support and the business champion for all HRIS in use, in development or in implementation stages. To maximise our Human Resource Information Systems. This involves the ongoing review and maintenance, systems optimisation, and improvement to systems of work including delivering meaningful, efficient and accurate data reporting where required.
What You’ll Need
Significant experience supporting HR and/or payroll systems including experience with end user system support, managing access, configuration, trouble shooting and reporting. SuccessFactors experience will be looked on favourably
Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
Highly developed consulting and influencing skills, including experience liaising with third party vendors
Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to resolve issues that may arise with managing data in a system
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships internally and externally with clients, intermediaries, and service providers
Good knowledge of Payroll, Time & Attendance and HR systems
5 years’ professional experience in a similar role, or leadership of Payroll and/or HR systems/processes, or a related field
