Line Leader

We have a number of opportunities for Line Leaders to join our Ruskington team on the PM Shift.

Delivering business success through our people, our ideal candidate will have;

Detailed knowledge of all systems, processes and procedures

Clear understanding of KPI improvement under the five manufacturing pillars

Experience delivering quality and accuracy in own and teams work.

Experience delivering high standards of workplace hygiene and health and safety standards

Experience using resources available, people, utilities and materials

Be able to cope under pressure and flex with peaks in personal workload

Be able to act on decisions with the corresponding level of urgency
