This role will be based on our Head Office in Warwick and will be a hybrid of working in the well-appointed office and working from home.

What will I be doing?

As a PA you will:

Organize and maintain her diary

Organize and attend board meetings including preparation and note taking

Managing holiday requests and expenses

Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and manage where appropriate

What does good look like?

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role. You will have excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and able to confidently communicate across all levels of the business. You will have excellent organisational skills, be able to effectively multi task where required, have great attention to detail and fully understand the confidential nature of the role.
