Delivering business success through our people
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team in our Warwick Head Office on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, to ensure that people get paid accurately and on time.
Provide a professional and responsive payroll service
Ensure all work is produced and validated in a timely manner
Processing new starter paperwork
Following leaver processes to ensure final payments and paperwork is complete
Collating and processing SSP
Resolving any discrepancies in data and calculations
General administrative duties in the department
Preparing and processing weekly payroll
The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, a good knowledge of excel and Payroll/government legislation. Knowledge of Northgate Resourcelink and Open Options Time and Attendance systems would be an advantage.
