Production Manager

We are pleased to be recruiting for an additional Production Manager for our site in Bromborough.

You will be responsible for leading a team to drive an efficient operation to safely meet customer requirements. Accountable for driving site performance and operational KPI’s, safety, people, quality, cost and service.

Leading a team of Line leaders this role will see you responsible for coordinating all operational site activities in conjunction with the Operations Manager whilst on shift. Supporting and developing the Line Leaders and site Associates, actively driving C.I projects and improvements. Accountable for developing, training, and coaching individual skills and team competencies.

You will possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels across the business, have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to motivate self and others.

You will have Food Safety Level 3, HACCP Level 3 and ideally a management qualification, but experience will also be essential. Ideally within a FMCG fast paced environment.
