At our site in Corsham we are currently looking to recruit a QA Manager to join our Technical team.

Reporting to the Technical Manager you will be responsible for a team of 5 QA staff. Under your leadership the QA team will provide technical support to the operations team in their compliance to all food safety and quality standards defined within the Quality Management System. In addition, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Technical team with internal and 3rd party audits• Actively support the continuous improvement culture across the business• Lead the training and verification of CCP procedures with factory operatives• Support operations to ensure that all customer specifications are adhered to• Investigate internal and external non-conformances using root cause analysis techniques and ensure that appropriate corrective actions are taken.• Ensure all GMP practices are clearly communicated, and compliance monitored• Develop the QA team to deliver robust day to day support of the operational team

Applicants must have:• Excellent communication and influencing skills• Excellent people management skills• Food Safety Level 3• HACCP Level 3• Previous experience in a similar role within an FMCG environment• Ability to work under pressure

Advantageous:• Experience in High-Risk Manufacturing environment• Food Science degree• BRC participation
