QA Technician PM Shift

We are looking for a QA to join our technical team here at Bromborough.

Working 5 out of 6 days per you will be required to;

Ensure that one-page specs for products are on the line prior to start up

Responsible for changing the threshold on metal detectors

Responsible for conducting fat tests

Conducting various pre and post production checks, including Gas, average weight, metal detector, finish product, pre-despatch and despatch

Daily calibration check of probes

Responsible for taking lab samples

Responsible for conducting meat content analysis

Checking labels for accuracy against specification and product, including conducting double checks

% Pick up sheet for powders BBQ only

Conducting Retail pack tare checks on catch weights

Conducting scale verification

Machine Mind including labellers and Sealpac

Work in conjunction with production to ensure plan / orders are complete

Work with the team to ensure all Quality parameters are achieved

Support with quality checks

Any reasonable request that will aid the business in achieving it’s goals
