Racking Operative – Training Given – PM Shift

We are currently looking to recruit Racking Operators for our

PM shift, Monday to Friday:

15.00 pm – 00.00 am (42.08 hours per week). The hourly rate is £12.35

Please note that this is a physical role so the ideal candidate would need to demonstrate stamina and be physically minded.

We will train you to gain all the skills you need, just bring along a great work ethic and become part of our team.

Key accountabilities include the following: –

Conduct a range of manual tasks and activities and ensure all tasks are finished within permitted time frames.

Ability to work with a continuous flow of product range

Locate and transport raw material into the grading area and store safety ready for grading.

Capable of working to instruction and directed tasks

Off load raw material from the grading, conveyor into portable racks in the required order and in the correct number per shelf.

Fully understand how to safety operate and stop the grading conveyor and other equipment – training provided.

Always conform to the Customer quality specifications and requirements.

Always operate within the Company health and safety standards and ensure that the work areas are kept clean and tidy.

Clean and tidy own work area so that hygiene and H&S standards are maintained, and undertake straightforward hygiene tasks
