We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Receptionist/Site Administrator to join our team at Linton on a permanent basis.. As the first point of contact to the organisation the successful candidate will provide a professional front to the Company for all internal and external customers and stakeholders and will ensure the smooth and efficient administration of all aspects of the reception function, as well as carry out other administrative tasks. As well as professionally dealing with all incoming and relevant outgoing calls for both the Linton and Bury St Edmunds sites, you will also be responsible for welcoming visitors and ensuring all aspects of the visitor experience are professional and courteous. You will arrange room bookings and refreshments for internal and external meetings; manage all aspects of incoming and outgoing post; arrange hire cars and hotel bookings where required; manage stationary stocks, raise all relevant PO’s on SAP as well as various other administrative duties associated with the reception function. The successful candidate will also provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team.

The successful candidate in this busy and varied role will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint, have excellent time management skills, including the ability to organise work load to meet deadlines and of course be highly organised and efficient. You will have excellent communication skills, be flexible, able to work under your own initiative and be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to the responsibilities of the role.
