We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who is looking for a new challenge to join our Team. Working collaboratively with the Talent Manager, Hiring Managers and Key Stakeholders, you will support all recruitment activity across the business, providing a proactive, effective, and professional service, contributing to filling roles within the 30-day time to hire timeframe, that supports our commitment to our people and positioning Pilgrim’s as an employer of choice and the envy of our talent pipeline.

Whilst utilising all the tools available, you will offer a first-class service to all stakeholders internally and externally ensuring that the candidates experience is the best possible. Your coaching style will assist you with building strong relationships and support you with offering advice and guidance on recruitment, ensuring statutory legislation compliance. You will have loads of energy, a passion for recruitment and relish a varied and busy workload. Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will work within the central Attraction & Engagement Team.

Ideally you will hold a L3 Certificate in Recruitment and have some experience working in a manufacturing / FMCG environment although this is not essential. You will have excellent excel, word and power point skills. Ideally you will have experience with SOx and using SAP although training can be provided. A valid driving license is essential as travelling to our sites across the wider business will be required.
