Delivering business success through our people
We are currently looking for a talented SHE Co-ordinator to join our team at Redruth and support our Health and Safety Manager to ensure we deliver our Health and Safety strategy, ensuring we adhere to regulatory and statutory requirements and best practice guidance . This is an exciting position where you will support the site in driving Health, Safety and Environmental performance, via several different processes;
Safe Systems of work
You will have experience of coordinating and influencing positive changes within the organisation, supporting the development of a Health & Safety culture across the site. You will work with all key stakeholders to develop and maintain a positive HSE culture.
A NEBOSH Health and safety at work qualification, IOSH, NVQ level 2 is beneficial and educated to GCSE level English and Maths is a minimum requirement. Systems knowledge specifically in Excel is essential. HACCP Level 3, ILM Level 3, COSHH, Food Safety Level 3 are all desirable. Previous experience in an FMCG environment is of benefit but not essential as full site training will be given.
Your ability to build strong working relationships at all levels will be second to none, along with first class communication and interpersonal skills. Your meticulous organisational skills will prove invaluable along with your ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
