We are currently looking for a talented Safety, Health, and Environment Manager to join our team at Ruskington. This is an exciting position where you will be instrumental in supporting the site to drive Health, Safety and Environmental performance, via several different processes.

You will have experience of managing and influencing positive changes within the organisation, supporting the development of a Health & Safety culture across the site. You will work with all key stakeholders to develop and maintain a positive HSE culture.

A NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) holder in Occupational Health & Safety is a minimum requirement. Systems knowledge specifically in Excel is essential. Previous experience in an FMCG environment is of benefit but not essential as full site training will be given.

Your ability to build strong working relationships at all levels will be second to none, along with first class communication and interpersonal skills. Your meticulous organisational skills will prove invaluable along with your ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
