You will have experience of managing and influencing positive changes within the organisation, supporting the development of a Health & Safety culture across the site. You will work with all key stakeholders to develop and maintain a positive HSE culture.

A NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) holder in Occupational Health & Safety is a minimum requirement, together with either IEMA/NEBOSH Environmental Management certificate and a lead auditor qualification. ISO 14001/45001 Systems will be a distinct advantage. Previous experience in an FMCG environment is of benefit but not essential as full site training will be given.

Your ability to build strong working relationships at all levels and working as a valuable member of the site senior leadership team is essential as is, first class communication and interpersonal skills. Your meticulous organisational skills will prove invaluable along with your ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
