Here at our Bodmin site, we are looking for enthusiastic team players to join our friendly team. Monday – Friday shift pattern 06:15 – 16:15. No experience needed all training will be given

Duties to included:

Examine sliced product for quality, smoke level and temperature.

Reject any unsuitable product.

Operate grill controls in response to requests from high risk line operators.

Maintain awareness of daily slicing requirements and respond to changes.

Ensure machinery is turned off when not in use.

Report any issues to the attention of the Area Leader / Area Manager.

Ensure correct PPE is worn at all times.

Ensure the safe operation of all equipment within the area.

Embody a continuous improvement approach to all duties, raising ideas with Area Leader / Area Manager.

Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Area Leader / Area Manager.

The ideal candidate will have:

Good level of numeracy and literacy.

Knowledge of slicing machines.

Understanding of quality requirements and customer specifications.
