We are currently looking for a Technical Administrator to join our growing Technical Team at Bromborough.

As a Technical Administrator, your daily tasks will include the administration of data and systems, supporting internal audit system programme, from planning, implementation, feedback and re-audit as required.

Your job will include (but not limited to)

Enhance quality of systems and processes across the site and provide system performance to internal customers

Generating reports and trending information

Collaborate with management/supervisors for performance enhancement of least performing areas

Identify, estimate, and correct deviations and defects in the quality system process

Inspect, monitor, record and report quality data for production and Inspection activities to assist in operations

Assist with document control, create process records for data capture

Collate data to deliver trending information in clear formats (complaints, rejections etc)

Perform and report on internal quality process and audits

Conducts audit for maintenance of the quality assurance and control system

Assist in the development of audit schedules and plans

Assess whether the site is compliant with BRC, industry standards, Customer requirements

Assist the audit team in creating audit reports; present audit reports to top management, as needed

Be prepared to develop internal auditing/testing parameters when asked to do so

You will work Monday – Friday from 0800am – 16.30pm or 0830am – 17.00pm
