We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Validator to join our friendly team at Linton.

Successful candidate will be vital part of the HR and Learning and Development Team and work Monday to Friday shift pattern, although some flexibility regarding working hours may be required to meet training needs.

Reporting to the Training Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the operations teams with the delivery of "on the job" training.

You will also work with relevant members of the technical, operations, and H&S teams to design and deliver updates to training materials.

You will ensure that all training is completed in a timely manner as well as ensuring that those that have been trained can proactively demonstrate their competence in the relevant areas.

As part of your role you will ensure that all completed training is appropriately signed off and relevant training materials completed accurately and recorded on our electronic training system.

You need to be proactive and self-motivated to succeed in this position. In addition to being proficient in reading, writing, and arithmetic, you should also be comfortable using computers.

Ideally We are looking for someone with previous experience however, we are also keen to train and develop individuals that do not hold previous experience and who believe that they can make a positive impact and possess the necessary skills
