We have an exciting opportunity for Training validators to join our team at Bromborough, reporting into the Training Coordinator the successful candidates will ensure all employees receive the relevant training and instructions for the positions to which they are employed to do.
Your main duties will include:
Deliver all internal training requirements to employees.
Supporting employees until competency has been achieved.
Liaise with Line Leaders in identifying and adopting best training practice and promoting a consistent approach to the delivery of training.
Continually reviewing the effectiveness of the on–the–job training, in developing your skills and making recommendations for improvements.
Ensuring that all necessary documentary evidence in relation to training is completed, recorded and filed correctly.
Assisting the Training Coordinator in updating & maintaining all Standard Operating Procedures.
Assume responsibility for the safety of self whilst at work ensuring that all requirements as laid down within the Company’s Health and Safety Policy are implemented, monitored and maintained in order to fulfil all legislative requirements.
To ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities for Health and Safety and that safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
Key Skills & Knowledge
The ability to communicate with all levels of staff
PC Literate, with excel, word, powerpoint skills
Communication skills, both verbal and written including presentation skills
A good understanding of departmental procedures and processes
Language skills would be an advantage
Approachable, enthusiastic and self motivated
A flexible approach to working hours
